If a body is moving in motion, the equation of displacement is given as asinwt find it's acceleration.

Dear Komal,

I doubt if i can write the answer very well or not as some terms like power and double diferentiation to format here will create problem and this answer will be needing it.

See you are given displacement equation, which is x = Asinwt, so we diffrentiate with respect to time for the first time we will first get to know velocity.

So the velocity will be Awcoswt.

Now if we differentiate velocity with respect to time, then we will get acceleration, so by doing it we will get -A(w)sq.sinwt.

That can be written as -(w)sq.x

That means acceleration is -(w)sq.x

As x= Asinwt
