If a candidate fail to attend the counselling due to exams of other institute, in that case, can he attend the counselling on the next day?

Hi Shirpal!! I would like to inform you that going to the counselling venue is compulsory on the given day for phase-I counselling as you have to give them the demand draft as well as book your seat and no online facility is available for the same but if you can't attend the counselling you can send any of your family members with all the required documents as well as with an authorisation letter from you mentioning that you authorise the person to attend the counselling on behalf of you.
