if a candidate gets a seat through all India councelling can he apply for state councelling?? if so can he opt a seat in state councelling
Yes. For example, if you belong to Telangana, you can apply for both State Counselling and All India Counselling for Telangana because you have the State's domicile. And if you get a seat in State Counselling, you can certainly opt for it. But you cannot appear for Maharashtra State Counselling unless you have its domicile. For seat in Maharashtra, you need to appear for All India Counselling.
