If a candidate is selected and is unable to come in person with the certificates, can he authorise someone to do this on his behalf?

Selected Candidates shall not be allowed to complete admission formalities in Absentia.
and Candidates not reporting for admission on the stipulated date and time shall forfeit his/ her claim for admission. The offer of admission shall stand canceled and no correspondence in this regard shall be entertained.

Dear Jyothi, there is no such provision of authorising someone else for counselling or verification of documents. If you cannot make it for whatsoever reason, your candidature gets cancelled and the seat will be offered to the next eligible person in the merit list. Its either you make it or you lose it. There is no option of authoriilng someone else. Its just not for TISSNET but for any entrance examination or document verification.
