    If you want to claim an EWS category then we will definately have to produce caste certificate, caste validity, noncreamy layer certificate at time of physical verification for medical counselling in any state of counselling or national level counselling. Hope this will help you.

    Is obc & noncreamy layer certificate same. If not then how to get, as my caste included in both central & state list of UP but not in MH and we are domiciled in Maharashtra since 30 years. For ncl, income certificate is required which will be of MH. Will it be valid in UP to get Non Creamy layer?
