Raja, no matter where a Medical Professional has graduated from, when he/she comes to practise in India, he/she has to have his/her license first. Post that, his/her starting salary will be always less. When you hear about Medical Professionals earning in Lakhs, it doesn't meant that they over night graduated from a Medical Professional to lakh earning professional No, it takes years of experience, less mortality rate and years of practise to be where they are today. The geographic location also needs to be considered. A Surgeon in the urban areas earns more than a Surgeon in the rural areas.
