Correct Answer: 63


Solution : Given: A and B are the mean proportion.
Now,
$A=\sqrt{24\times6}$
⇒ $A=12$
Similarly, $B=\sqrt{81\times9}$
⇒ $B=27$
The value of $3A + B=3\times12+27= 36 + 27= 63$
Hence, the correct answer is 63.
