If a person applied for 15%all India quota in neet and did not get any seat,is he eligible to apply in 85%state quota of his own state?

Yes, if you apply for 15% All India quota and none of the college is allotted to you you will still be elgible for the 85% state quota of your own state... The AIQ 15% quota has nothing to do with state counselling.. So you fill the registration for both of them...Good luck.. Hope this helps...
