if a person could not attend all 3chances of driving license test,can he apply once again for DL test? please replay

Hello,
If you fail/do not attend all the three attempts for test, you will have to start the registration process again.
In case you fail your driving test, you must wait two weeks before you can take it again and pay the applicable retest fee. You have three chances to pass. If you fail three times, you have to start over in the licensing process.
