IF A PERSON HAVE 3 TO 4 BACKLOGS DURING ENGINEERING , THEN WILL HE ELIGIBLE FOR GIVING THE CAT EXAM?

If you have cleared the backlogs before your passing out then there is no issue and if you haven't then you can appear the examinations but there is no use you can't get into any good place; be it a university or job

Yes he is eligible but you have to clear those backlog before apear in cat .. with the backlog you wouldn't be allowed .. also what you should be prepared for are the questions regarding the same in PI .. you have to prepare a valid answer for it ..

Yesbacklpg sis not hibdrance a slong as minimum aggregate score across all semester is 50%.
Students can apply and appear for CaT.
However studnets should clear all backlogs before admission into Bschools as degree certificate is important.
