if a person takes admission in respective clg through ug kcet exam. can he /she cancel their seat after the clg starts . will there be any consequences ? and can that person reappear for kcet exam next year?

With reference to your above mentioned query, I would like to tell you that yes, you can cancel your admission in your college after the college starts that you have allotted in KCET UG exam.
yes, there will be the after consequences after you cancel your admission in colleges as if you have submitted you whole one year fees, then after cancellation whole fees will not be refunded back. Only the portion of your fees will be refunded back after the reduction of some cancellation fees.
Also, you can reappear for the KCET exam next year.
