If a student fails in a particular subject in pre board exam, does school give them admit cards for board examination?

Hello Student
The school authority allow the student to take the final examination then there decision will be final for distributing admit card for final examination hall ticket for final examination of class 12. Other hand if the student get good marks in other subjects of pre board examination then the school authority may allow him to appear for the final board examination and can distribute him the admit card of the board final examination.
