If a student get select in 2nd cutoff list but colleges are not good then he/she should still wait for 3rd or 4th cutoff list in B.COM DU???

Hey Kapil,

You can either go ahead or wait. If you choose to go with the college that has it's 2nd cutoff and later wish to change after the 3rd or 4th cutoff is out, you're allowed to do that as your fees will be transferred to that college, only you'll have to just register in that college.

But are you sure that the existed college transfer
fees to the new college if student wants to change it...??
