if a student gets below 75% in cbse class12 boards PCM then will he/she be able to get admission in this institute

According to the Jee Main eligibility criteria you need to have at least 75% as your 10+2 aggregate (for a general category student) and this percentage is overall percentage and not the PCM aggregate alone. However if you failed this eligibility criteria then you'll nit be given admission through jee mains.
