if a student given 12th first year in 2018 and reappeared in boards 2019 . what he should be filled in jee mains form about board year .

I am assuming that you have given your boards in 2018 and you appeared in 2019 for improvement exam. So, in that case you have to write yes in the place where it will ask if you are appearing or have appeared for improvement exam for 12th exam.
