if a student got 94.5 percentile and he belongs to OBC category and he has state quota tamil nadu . can he get sheet in nit Trichy

Hello student. Considering your percentile, your rank would be around 13,000-17,000(assuming you took exam in september) . And you have not mentioned obc-cl or obc-ncl caategory.
If your cateory is obc-ncl, then you might have chaces. That too in the branches of chemical engineering. But if the category is obc-cl, then you might not be able to get a seat in nit trichy.
