Every year Neet happens only once year and the marks are valid for only that year which you have appeared for exam. Previous one will not be useful anywhere to take admission in any courses in india. So if you perform bad or good your latest one will be valid in india to take admission in course like MBBS,BDS, BAMS, BHMS, vertinary bsc nursing etc.
Although your neet result card can be used for three years to get admission in medical College abroad.
