if a student is not eligible for jee mains but he is eligible for viteee 2021 but if vit cancels viteee , it will accept jee mains 2021 marks , than how will that student get admission..plz answer

Hello student as per the revised eligibility criteria of Jee main there's no minimum percentage criteria. Candidates must passed class 12 in Physics chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized in the year 2019 or 2020.
Candidates Can appear in Jee main for 3 consecutive years.
So If You Fulfill The Criteria Then yes you're eligible to appear in Jee main.

VITEEE Eligibility - Candidates must passed or appearing class 12 in Physics chemistry and Mathematics with minimum 60 percent marks aggregate from a recognized board.

See if you are not eligible for JEE-Main and suppose VITEEE 2021 gets cancelled then in this case your admission will be on the basis of SAT Score/Class 12 score. Due to the ongoing pandemic, the competent authorities have decided to remove the process of offline applications for VITEEE and now only online applications made at vit.ac.in will be considered as valid. If the situation of COVID-19 prevails and interrupt the conduction of VITEEE 2021 then the admission will be made through JEE/SAT Score/Class 12 score.
VITEEE 2021 Application form has been released by VIT Vellore on November 30th 2020 and it will be available for candidates till March 30th 2021, so you can fill it out at vit.ac.in

Some insights of JEE-Main 2021 :-
> To qualify for JEE Mains, there is no minimum aggregate percentage criteria and also if you want to take admission into NITs, IIITs or CFTIs then you should pass in your class 12th. Because as per the latest announcement made by our Hon'ble Education minister Mr.Ramesh Pokhariyal Nishank, the 75% criteria has been removed for upcoming year 2021-22 .
> Also from this year according to New Education Policy the JEE-Main examination will be conducted in English, Hindi and other regional languages such as Bengali, Gujarati, Assamese, Kannada, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Urdu, Odia and Malayalam.
> In JEE-Main 2021 there will be total 90 question out of which you have to attempt only 75 (25 from each section) and there will be two sections for each subject, Section-A will be of Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs)(20 compulsory questions) and Section-B will contain Questions whose answers are to be filled in as a numerical value (10 numerical based questions out of which only 5 are compulsory to be attempted).
> In Section B, candidates have to attempt any five questions out of 10. There will be no negative marking for Section B.
> All question will be of 4 marks and in MCQs there will be negative marking of (-1) on incorrect attempt.
