if a student pass class 12 in 2020 but he/she not satisfied with his result and given improvement exam in any particular subject and improvement result is not declared till date but if result declare in 2021 January whichh year is considered as year of passing class 12

Hello, The improvement exams are great choice if you score anywhere below 60 percent but the year of passing will be dependent on the candidate. Since the previous year marks are also valid you can either choose to include or exclude the scores obtained through improvement exam no matter whether you scored lesser or higher than your previous score.
