You can opt CSE in US after mechanical graduation also.
Before your admission be aware with all documents and go through it.

Yeah take CSE ,but provided condition is in which area do you want to do MS over there?
Have clarity about it .
If related to CSE background then go for CSE on btech.
If now you are in chemical want to do MS related to computer science background then take coaching .
