If all reactants and product are in liquid state..then value of equilibrium constant will be 0????

No.

If all the reactants and products are in solid form, then only the equilibrium constant will be zero.

But, otherwise liquids and gas are both fluids and fluids have their specified equilibrium values and you have to equate them to find out the equilibrium constant.
