Hello, Answer to your question stands out to be yes. If you already paid the tuition fee for the first round and acquire a seat in the next round as well then definitely the fee paid is transferred.But the seat you got in the first round is missed.So before applying for the next round make sure you don't need this seat anymore.If you are not allotted any seat in the next round then same seat will be retained.
