As of now there isn't any notification regarding AP EAMCET third phase counselling. If it is going to conducted then yes, you are eligible to participate in third phase counselling even if you have already joined in a college. Candidates who haven't get seat allotment in previous rounds of counselling, candidates who have not participated in previous rounds of counselling, candidates who wish to opt for better college and branch are eligible to participate in third phase counselling. If a seat is allotted in third phase counselling then the seat allotted in second phase counselling will be automatically cancelled. If a seat is not allotted then the previous seat will be retained.
