I am explaining you the entire procedure. The thing is if you're are challenging an answer and your response is correct then you will surely get the marks for it and if your review is proven wrong, then your reviewed option will be marked as negative marking. Hope this might help you

Yes, obviously if the nta has accepted your answer then the additional marks will be reflected in your final mark sheet .. For all the questions that have been challenged by the candidates, if they were found to be convincing for them the bonus marks will be reflected in the marks of each and every student..
