IITs preparatory ques are easier than jee advanced and the syllabus of preparatory courses are limited.

But preparatory exam question are subjective  like board exams.

Preparatory course are easy, you just have to pass the exam. You don't have to read the whole syllabus.

Go for preparatory course.

Good Luck.

IITs have a preparatory course for the students belonging to communities which are backwards on academic grounds.

Considering the fact that these students might not have had the kind of support or environment required to crack JEE, these students are getting a chance to join educational opportunities.

Preparatory courses are for the sc/st and disabled person. As most of the peoples from sc/st are financially poor and also to encourage this people for further studies .

You have to decide accordingly.

All the best.
