Hi,
Based on the score of candidate in each subject, his/her's percentage is 50% , so he is eligible to write NEET exam in 2020. Make sure the age of the candidate is 17 or above.
For a general category student- the bipc score should be 50% and for SC/ST/OBC the cutoff is 40%. For PWD patient the cutoff is 45%.

As per your requirement, i would say that as per your marks mentioned above, you are eligible for appearing in neet exam.
General Category- 50% marks in qualifying exam and NEET.
OBC/SC/ST Category- 40% marks in qualifying exam and NEET.
General- Physically Handicapped Category- 45% marks in qualifying exam and NEET.
For general category candidates – minimum 75% marks in aggregate.
For SC/ST/PWD candidates – 65% marks in aggregate.
Getting a seat in college is depending on many factors like studenrs to seat ratio, cut off, reservation, ranking of college, etc
Cut off varies evert year as per your reservation category and no. Of students applying for the same.
