If any student has studied upto class 10 in U.P. but 12th from Maharashtra as his father transferred. Is he eligible like other UP Domiciles

Since you have done your 10+2 from Maharashtra and you want to appear in UPSEE, your parents domicile (father or mother) will be considered at the time of document verification.
In case, your parents do not have a domicile of UP, then also you can take up the UPSEE entrance exam. However, you will be considered for
admission to only 10% of the sanctioned seats available in private institutions affiliated to AKTU. Also, you will not be offered any reservation benefits under this option. Seats for candidates belonging to this category will be filled on the basis of UPSEE 2018 merit.

Means parents needs to get a Domiciles certificate on prescribed format or their 10th/12th certificate will be sufficient as parents are born and brought up in UP only.

You can check the domicile criteria below
If you have passed the qualifying examination from an institution located in UP or your parent (s) is a domicile of UP. (In case of candidates who have passed qualifying examination from outside UP)
