if anyone gets a mbbs seat in up in a private college and later he gets a seat in his state so will tuition fees be refunded or it will be forfeited after 2nd round counselling of up

If you decide to attend a medical institute after you are allotted a seat and you accept it, you have to report to the college. If the counselling procedure is over, and you decide to leave the seat vacant for any reason, not only will you have to let go of the security deposit and the fees you have submitted, but you will also have to submit the full fees of the entire course. This is done to ensure that the seat is not wasted.
