Hi Neha.

As per your query, one having annual income above 6 lakhs belongs to OBC B Category. OBC A category is considered to be more affected and the cut offs will be lower for them compared to OBC B. OBC B category does not enjoy reservational benefit in the All India Quota seats in NEET counseling. According to previous year cut off a candidate from OBC B needs to score in between 490 to 560 to get into a government Medical College in Haryana in the state Quota.

For example, the expected cut off at the ESIC Medical College Faridabad for OBC B is 521 marks. The same for Maharaja Agrasen,Agrahora is 497.

Hope this information helps.

If you have any more queries, feel free to ask.

Best Wishes!
