As you have mentioned that at present you are studying in 11 grade now after completing your 12th grade you need to write an application on harvard website from there you can get application deadlines and fees structure as there is no cut-off list or something so you need to apply with an essay which has to be very subtle and to the point with all yu achievements and after that they will decide whether you are selected or not.. hope i can give all your answers.

In order to obtain admission to any of Harvard's undergraduate programs, you will need to satisfy a number of requirements for application and for admission consideration.

Admission application requirements include:

• Standardized test scores from either ACT or SAT. As Harvard is one of the most renowned universities, an exceptionally high ACT or SAT test score is required for all applicants.
  
• English language proficiency test scores from the TOEFL iBT test. Often a score of 100+ out of 120 is necessary for all prospective Harvard applicants.
  
• Letters of recommendation from professional or academic referees. These letters must enlist your character and suitability for the concerned program of application. Official email addresses are preferred.
  
• A Statement of Purpose or SOP enlisting the candidate's motivation, experiences and expectations from the program as well as future career and personal prospects. The SOP is generally the first contact between the candidate and the admission committee and therefore an exceptionally written and engaging SOP is a must for prospective applicants.
  
• A CV or resume listing the candidate's prior academic and other achievements associated with the prospective program of application.
  
• Official transcripts from the candidates academic education prior to the program of application. These must be in a sealed envelope from the educational organization which governs the student's examinations.
  

Apart from the application requirements, the candidate must also exhibit an inherent affinity and expertise in the prospective area of study. Students which do not have an exceptional academic background but show extraordinary promise in the specific area of study are also viable candidates for admission consideration.

• You have to give SAT and 2+ subject SAT just to apply ( more the score more the chances).
• Also you have to give TOEFL and have to score 100+ just to apply.
• You must have 2+ recommendation letter from your teacher.
• Get your marksheets evaluated from external agencies ( if required). Also your marksheets should be sealed .
• You also should have your midterm marks before applying
