Dear Sir/Ma'm, whatever category you have applied for , that should be applied throughout all over every counselling. You are not allowed to change your category accoryto various counsellings in various states. Whatever you have mentioned while filling the NEET form, you are to mention that very category in every counselling that you apply for.
