If before attending the counselling Or after attending the counselling is demand draft have to pay??

Hello sir,
Various colleges have different procedures to be followed. If you come to engineering colleges, you are to carry your demand draft with you while you go for counselling. They take a fixed amount from you on that date confirming your admission, whike the rest is to be paid on a later date.
