If being a pcm student,, i pursue B. Sc agriculture, then will it be tough???? And What will be the carrer options for me if i want a government job???

See the basic eligibility criteria for BSc Agricultural Science is that the student who want to take admission in this course must have PCB in 10+2 with atleast 55% marks in aggregate. Now as you don't have Biology then you are ineligible for the course.
