I would like to tell you that you have a chance of applyting for IIT or giving the entrance exam if and only if you chose one of the combination from below:

• Physics + Chemistry + Biology + Mathematics
• Physics + Chemistry + Mathematics + Biotechnology

As you can see mathematics is necessary so if you do not have the above combination then NO you cannot apply.
