If by chance I score less than 75% in CBSE 12th board exam. Which engineering college can I get??

There are many engineering colleges which has kept their cutoff for class 12th board less than 75% are :-
1) VIT : Should have scored 60% and above in Maths/ Biology, Chemistry and Physics in their 10+2 respective exams.
Candidates from SC/ST Categories should have scored 50% in the above mentioned subjects.
Candidates from the North-East should also have 50% and above in all the subjects.
The students who have studied Maths, Biology, Chemistry and Physics are eligible to appear for the exam.
2) Jadavpur University : General category candidates should have secured an aggregate of 45% and reserved category candidates should have scored 40% in the above three subjects taken together to be eligible for WBJEE 2019. All candidates are required to have qualified English in 10+2 with at least 30% marks. The board of the qualifying examination must be recognized by Central and State government concerned.
3) BIT Sindri : The qualified candidates need to have secured 45% minimum in total in all subjects. The reserved category candidates should have not less than 40% for the same.
4) Manipal University : Candidates must have secured 50% marks in Physics, Mathematics and any one of the optional subjects in 10+2 or A level or IB or American 12thgrade or equivalent.
