if by mistake I have submitted best 4 instead of best 3 as I haven't read the guidelines , and I want to do bsc honors in chemistry at Delhi university ,am I eligible for that?

There will be discrepancy in your number. Its often that the average of your best four will not be the same as of best 3, only if you don't get repeated marks. Thus the best 3 marks will be greater compared to that of best 4 marks. Now as you have entered the wrong information and there are discrepancies in your marks then you may face problems in seat allotment or personal verification.

Naturally this kind of mistakes are not considerable.

Because on the basis of marks putting on best subjects they released their merit lists. But if there is any help line number on their official portal then you can check and rectify your mistakes. After application form fiiled up there is a certain limit to edit the form ,if you are crossed that then contact the institutions.
