If Candidate, gen rank 6000 , gen ews rank 600, will he get seat from new seat added this year or from general seat

Which exam rank are you taking about?? JEE, EAMCET, IPU CET, UPSEE. I cant do anything with your rank unless you give me the name of the examination you appeared for and you domicile and what branch are you looking for. This is too vague to tell you a single thing.
