If category rank is higher than AIQrank then to fight with state quota(karnataka)will they consider AIQ(low)rank or category rank for counse

To get a seat in the state quota, category rank will be given more significance.
All India rank is taken out for only 15 % AIR seats, so that won't be considered. Good luck
