If choice locking is filled then chance of getting any college of filled choice is possible or not.please help me

Well, your chance of getting a seat in a particular college depends on two parameters:
First, on your hierarchy ; whether you have arranged your choices according to your wishes and preferences or not.
Second, on the opening and closing rank of the college of your choice and wish .
Hence , it is possible of getting any college of filled choice only if the above two parameters satisfy.
