If college alloted through 2nd round state counselling it is necessary to join the alloted college ?
Hi reader,
if you are alloted a college through 2nd round state counselling you are bound to join the college. If you decide against joining the alloted college then you will have to fortify the fees you paid during registration.
round 1 of the counselling is a free exit round meaning you can leave the alloted college and will be directly qualified to take part in 2nd round but after you donot report in your alloted college then in order to participate in mop up round you will have to register again.
