It is not possible for a Commerce student to get admission in any type of medical Institutions because for medical study one should have a base of  Biology physics chemistry in the plus two level as you are a Commerce student you have studied the the subjects like accountancy Business Economics maths which are not required while taking admission in Medical colleges and medical fields so in my opinion there is no scope for Commerce student in medical fields.
