The minimum eligibility criteria for mass communication are

The candidate must have completed Senior Secondary/ 10+2 Standard from a recognized university. The candidate must have a minimum aggregate percentage of 50% at the 10+2 level. Anyone who has cleared Class 12 exam with Arts, Commerce or Science background and wants to pursue a career in Journalism and Media can opt for a bachelor's degree in media studies.

Since it is compulsory for mass communication that you have to pass your 12th you can't get admission

You cannot use your class 10 marks for getting admission.

If you have cleared your 12th, then you are eligible.

thank you
