Hello dear,
As per last year, with 570 marks your all india rank would be around 16000.
Yes you have good chances to get admission in Kamineni Institute of medical sciences, Hyderabad. Last year the cut off for general category in that college was AIR 26317.
You can even get admission in one of the Govt. medical colleges in Telangana.
In Kakathiya medical college, Warangal the cut off for general cat was 17000 AIR last year.
