If getting a choice between nit Delhi, dtu and nit kurukshetra vs bits pilani or Goa for cse, which one to choose? Please advise.

I will recommend you to choose NIT Delhi. In NIT Delhi Both Tech. & Non Tech. Companies will come & give you a very good package. In these college, you can get many free time which you can used to prepare for either gate exams or may be you can strong your coding so that you can grab internation packages also. Best of luck.
