NEET or National Eligibility cum Entrance Exam is the common entrance test that every candidate seeking admission to medical/dental colleges of the country have to go through and qualify.
If you did not qualify NEET you are NOT ELIGIBLE for admission to government/private medical/dental colleges.
Now, that you have given TS EAMCET you are not eligible for admission to MBBS course. You have give NEET in order to be eligible for MBBS course.

HELLO DEAR STUDENT,

You can not join MBBS course with TS EAMCET. NEET UG is mandatory to get admission in MBBS. TS EAMCET is nothing but it will be conducted in the state in which you are living to join courses like
agricultural Sciences, horticulture science etc.
