    If Hi-tech is not a MCI approved college then how could someone take admission ?

    By contacting the college directly. However the bad part is that unrecognized colleges means unrecognized degrees and that is the most detrimental thing. so if a college is not approved, please dont take admissions as the college wont have anything to lose but you stand to lose everything.
