if I accept the bds seat given to me in second round of Haryana state neet councelling, will I be able to participate in mop up round?

Yes, if you accept the BDS seat in the second round of counselling, then you can attend the mop up roumd for upgradation.

hi surbhi,

no, once you accept the seat you can no more participate in any further rounds. and since its already second round , i dont think there will be upgradation available for you either. mop round is for those who didnt get any seat in the previous rounds.

for state counselling, mop up can be for gov seats to if there are any seats left.for aiq counselling, there is no mop up for gov seats
