If i add additional subject at best four subjects then what will happen of cut off.

If your talking about best four calculation for university of delhi that in this case if you add any non listed subject marks for best four calculation than there will be 2.5% deduction from overall percentage of best four. But if your asking about any other college than please mention its name.
