If I am 12th appearing student and I have not filled jee main form and I am going to appear a year later then how many chances I have ?

See this year i.e in 2019 ,students who have passed their 12th in 2017 and 2018 were allowed .So in the same way you have total 3 chances i.e 2019,2020,2021.As you have left the exam in 2019 then only two chances are left with you.
