if i am a student studying in other state and my mother studied in Karnataka for more than 7 years will i be eligible for applying for kcet

So, with regard to your query, first of all the study place of your mother won't be considered anywhere in KCET exam. It is only you that matters. And for applying for the KCET exam, it doesn't matter from which state you are from, you will be able to give the exam, but the only problem is you will be considered as other state student, that means you won't be having any kind of reservation.
